I added the screenshots and more detailed instructions :-) Check them out - but also - check the SX-3 format. It's explained in much more detail in there. You basically take a look at the scenarios list, find the trigger words for what you want to trigger, then return to the default starting message, type the trigger words in a normal chat window under the default starting message and hit enter. There's also a detailed instruction in a character card itself - the card info part, try reading it and follow it step by step. There are examples in there too - and there are examples at the bottom of the scenarios list.
