Update pipeline tag and add library name, results and installation instructions

This PR updates the pipeline_tag to image-classification to better reflect the model's primary use case, as demonstrated in the paper and README.
It also adds the library_name to the metadata.
Finally, it adds the results from the Github README to the model card, and installation instructions.
