Create packages.txt

Add torch, pillow, transformers, and pytesseract to requirements.txt.

Add PyMuPDF version 1.25.2 to requirements.txt.

Update README.md with new metadata and remove detailed feature descriptions.

Add .idea config files, update README with detailed instructions, implement invoice extraction in app.py, and list dependencies in requirements.txt.
